Telehealth helps minimize patient contact and exposure, allowing better adherence to social distancing guidelines and reducing risk of exposure. It has opened many doors to providers and patients alike. The ability to offer patients vital healthcare services via videoconferencing or other remote technology increases access to physicians and specialists for patients while enabling providers to increase revenue potential and improve overall efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Telehealth allows physicians to view, diagnose and develop <a href=\"https:\/\/lumenis.com\/aesthetics\/treatments\/skin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">treatment plans for many skin conditions<\/a> remotely based on high-resolution digital images and videos provided either synchronously (2-way video) or asynchronously (store and forward).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2139&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]- Routine dermatologic care for skin concerns such as acne, rashes, hair loss, dry skin, flaking scalp, increased sweating<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ongoing care for chronic problems such as psoriasis, eczema, lupus, rosacea<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; New problems such as a concerning spot<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Aesthetic consultations<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Lamoureux also offers telehealth cosmetic consultations for numerous conditions: facial volume loss, <a href=\"https:\/\/lumenis.com\/aesthetics\/treatments\/pigmentation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pigmentation<\/a>, tattoo removal, <a href=\"https:\/\/lumenis.com\/aesthetics\/treatments\/hair-removal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unwanted hair<\/a>, wrinkles, cellulite, <a href=\"https:\/\/lumenis.com\/aesthetics\/treatments\/body\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">non-invasive body contouring<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lumenis.com\/aesthetics\/treatments\/scar-revision\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scars<\/a>, lip enhancement, eyelash enhancement and more.
